Yes! Our Standard and Premium packages include full council submission documentation preparation. We can also guide you through the submission process, and in many cases submit on your behalf depending on your local authority.
Absolutely. We handle renovation plans, extension plans, and amendments to existing approved plans regularly. Simply share your existing plans with us and describe the changes you need — we'll advise on feasibility and cost.
Typically we need: your stand/plot dimensions and survey diagram, stand number and location, number of rooms required, any design preferences, budget range, and photos of the site if available. We'll walk you through everything during the free consultation.
Yes! We work with clients across Zimbabwe, South Africa, Botswana, Zambia, and beyond. All consultations and plan delivery can be done remotely via WhatsApp, email, and digital file transfer. We are fully equipped for remote working.
We produce Durawall plans, residential house plans (1–5+ bedrooms), commercial building plans, architectural drawings, council submission packages, renovation plans, extension plans, 3D renderings, and site layout plans.
We accept EcoCash, bank transfer (ZWL and USD), PayNow, and international payments via Mukuru and Western Union. Payment terms are typically 50% deposit upfront and 50% on completion. We will confirm payment details upon quotation.
